Connect55+®, a premier provider of active adult communities, has reached 100% occupancy at 11 of its properties in the Northeast United States. This achievement highlights Connect55+®’s commitment to creating vibrant and engaging environments for adults aged 55 and older.
The Connect55+® properties, located at Wheatfield (East), NY; Wheatfield (West), NY; Orchard Park, NY; Warsaw, NY; Auburn, NY; Lakewood, NY; Painted Post, NY; Londonderry, NH; Penn Township, PA; Bedford, NH; and Concord, NH, have surpassed the national occupancy average. This success is attributed to the quality of the communities and the dedication of the on-site teams, including our Property Managers, Connect Coordinators, and Maintenance Technicians.
